REFUND POLICY
We want every Azuro order to arrive exactly as expected. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and our support team will help as quickly as possible.
RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
ITEM CONDITION
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition.
REFUND TIME
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, free from marks, odours or damage, and in its original packaging where possible.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number, full name, email address, and the reason for your return request. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
SIZE EXCHANGES
If you ordered the wrong size, contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not been worn, washed, or used, we may be able to help arrange an exchange depending on availability.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, marked, altered, or returned outside the return window cannot be accepted. We also cannot accept returns where the item is not in a resellable condition.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning your order.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
